We start processing orders immediately. All purchases will be shipped the following business day unless it was placed on a Saturday then it will be shipped the following Monday. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after being placed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or deliverable address.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Wild Heart Boutique is NOT responsible for:
· Delays with UPS shipping
· Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please call UPS 1-800-742-5877
We hope that you never have to return any of your beautiful clothes, but here at Wild Heart Boutique we want you to be very satisfied with your purchases. If not, we will do everything to make our loyal customers happy. After you have received your clothes, inspect them to make sure there are no defects, wrong item(s) sent, or if something is missing. If any of these things happen, please email us within 5 business days at email@example.com and we will get it corrected for you!
Next, If you decide that you do not want to keep your item. Here is the policy for sending back:
We do NOT issue refunds. We do offer store credit. The only way you will receive a refund is if we sent out the wrong item or you received a defective item.
2. Exchanges are processed the same as a return. We will issue you a store credit and at the time of return, you can decide whether or not to exchange for the same item or purchase something else. Exchanges will depend on whether the item is still in stock. If you want an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can pull the item to insure it is in stock when the return arrives back to us.
3. Sale items, bodysuits, accessories, and items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
4. You have a 14-day window from time of shipment to return your items for store credit. Anything received after 14 days will not be accepted.
5. Shipping for return items is non-refundable unless we goofed and the mistake was ours, therefore the buyer is responsible for the shipping.
6. Please return the following return form along with a copy of your original receipt to help expedite your transaction.
7. Please leave the tags on the item and it cannot be worn or washed for credit to be given.
